Inaugural General Meeting of the MDHS ECR Network Committee

***Calling all MDHS ECRs***

All MDHS Early Career Researchers are invited to the Inaugural General Meeting of the MDHS ECR Network Committee, to be held on Tuesday the 16th June from 4-5pm and followed by drinks.

At the IGM, we will constitute an official MDHS ECR Network Committee so please register your interest by 15th June COB by emailing mdhs.ecr.network@gmail.com. If you are interested in a specific role in the Committee, please state it. We request that if you are interested in Chair and Co-Chair positions please also email us your School and a short blurb about yourself and your vision for the Network.

Dependent on interest prior to the IGM, nominees for Chair and Co-chair roles will be invited to speak. Roles will then be elected at the IGM.

The structure and positions of the ECR Network Committee can be found in our Terms of Reference at www.mdhsecrnetwork.wordpress.com.

As a reminder, the requirements for taking on a role are: be available to attend meetings at least monthly in order to organize events, liaise with faculty, engage with industry and community, etc. These stipulations can be found in further detail at www.mdhsecrnetwork.wordpress.com.

We encourage all ECRs to attend and help build the Committee. And don't forget drinks afterwards!
